Update c6 and add c7 config file for Liger with External lib installed
in /data/gem/eXlibris/ExternalLib_cxxxx

Add  need_modules to set correct context for this configuration:

module purge
source need_modules_cxxx
module list
should gives the list of module chossen an no more.
